    The Gate Disturbance in me.

One of the most outward signs of PD that I have is my limp.

When people first started noticing it, and before I told anyone about my PD I would just try to walk more normal and brush it off. At that point, if I focused more "thoughts" to either my leg or arm the symptoms would diminish.

After I decided it was too late to hide it anymore I would just reply:
"Oh, the limp, its not my leg, its my brain. I have Parkinson's Disease."

    What are your experiences?
