"What I am considering writing about more specifically is the isolation that comes from living with such a disease:
My Dad does not function well with PD, a pacemaker, severe apnea, and double vision and my mother uses this as an excuse to keep herself busy and not open herself up to getting more help. It's their issue, but it sucks to see them struggle where potentially they could flourish (at least in some ways).

Any thoughts on the 'burden of secrecy' with PD or how you otherwise deal with the isolation that comes from neurological disease?"
